Each ingredient will be used for specific dishes.
Minimum order requires 30 portions. For the flavour of mix and match each item must be 15 or more, total order requires 50 meals. Per portion 200gm of fresh vegetable and cooked. Choose any of the following that suits your taste. For example Mix vegetable curries strength of mild, medium, hot, very hot. Similarly you have choice in here. You can have Bhuna, Dupiaza, Jalfrezi, Karai, Balti, Roganjosh, Dhansack, Madras, Vindaloo, Massalla, Korma, Kashmiri, Passanda, Tikka massalla.
